Electro engineer born 1895 in Rodaun Vienna Austria. He served during WW1 1915-1919 as an Oberleutnant with Austrian K.u.K. Infanterie-Regiment 84 active in Serbia and at the Italian front. May 38-Aug.39 serving as an officer with the RAD, Gruppe 151 in Kamenz Bavaria and ASTö Wien Austria. Aug.39 he was transferred to the army and served Aug.39-Jan.40 with construction unit Bau-Bataillon 95 in Poland. Jan.40 transferred back to the RAD and served as Oberstfeldmeister with several RAD units: 5/115, Arbeitsgau XV, Arbeitsdienstgruppe 150, Bezirk VII RAD WJ.
