For the evacuation of children in Germany during the World War II designed to save children from the risks associated with the aerial bombing of larger cities, by moving them to areas in the countrieside thought to be less at risk. Label had to be worn visibly by the child while traveling. This one was issued 1945 to Theodor Neelsen from Hamburg traveling on 13.4.45.
