8 pages DinA4 and one cover. NSDAP trial against NSDAP member (Parteigenosse) Koch in Rhade, 1935-36. Trialled at the NSDAP court (Gaugericht) Ost-Hannover. Koch was trialled because he did not cooperate when his children’s nanny (12 year old daughter of NSDAP member Oppermann) wanted to join the BDM. When Oppermann told Koch that his daughter had to join the BDM, he dismissed her. He was found guilty by the NSDAP court, but because he was a true NSDAP minded person he got away with a warning.
Any documents of NSDAP trials are very rare !!
