1) Rare NSKK award document, 11.4.38. For the issue of the NSKK honour plaque for the NSKK work he did during the elections for the annexation of the Ostmark area.
2) NSKK document, 24.8.38. Statement by the leader of his NSKK Sturm that he is NSKK leader of a NSKK motor Schar.
3) Marching order for Josef, 15.7.42. 14./Infanterie-Regiment 449. He has to go to Wisozscki to lead a column of supply vehicles to the unit.

He served 1938 as NSKK motor group leader with Motorsturm 11/M88 in Fürstenfeld. 1942 he served as NCO with 14./Infanterie-Regiment 449 of the 137.Infanterie-Division, at that moment active in middle Russia (Bialystok, Smolensk, Wjasma).
