Photo album with appr. 135 photos. Soldier of Pionier-Bataillon 186 of the 86.Infanterie-Division (1940 active in France, 1941-1943 active in Middle Russia). Lots of good photos with tanks, vehicles, destroyed buildings, bombs, lots of photos of crashed planes, bunkers, trenches, burial, many field graves (France 1940) etc. First page Westwall, first part battles in France and occupation force France (Troyes, Paris, Aisne, Gien etc.), later Russia (Latvia, Smolensk, Moscow, Kowno, Kalinin etc.), last pages again in France 1940. Plain red leather cover, was once an eagle attached to it.
