Allied leaflet US/GB-ZG61-1944 Passierschein Safe Conduct. For German soldier so they can pass safely through the frontline when want to surrender. The structure of the paper is caused by the fact that this leaflet was not dropped by plane but used in an artillery grenade to shoot it accross the frontline.
