2) Honor certificate for fallen soldiers issued by Luftwaffe upper command, 4.3.43. Signed by the CO of (field post number 18804) Stab I Flak-Regiment 33, Hauptmann. Fieldpost number L16766: 1. Batterie Flak-Regiment 33.
3) ID card 1952 of his father, also named Heinrich Jacob (born 1890).
4) 11 other documents, tickets, payment tags, warranty certificate for a watch etc. Freiwillige Feuerwehr Hildesheim, some post WW2 documents etc. All from the Jacob family.

Engineer born 1921 in Hildesheim. RAD service Oct.40-Jan.41 working in Germany for the Luftwaffe. He served: May-Jul.41 with Flak-Ersatz-Abteilung 4 based in Aschersleben; Aug.-Nov.41 flak gun engineer/specialist schooling at Flak-Waffentechnische Schule der Luftwaffe; Nov.41-Oct.42 with schwere Flak-Ersatz-Abteilung 36 in Wolfenbüttel; Nov.42 for tropical Flak training with Flakabteilung 697 (Tropen) based in Fürth; Nov.42-Feb.43 with 1.(I.)/Flak-Regiment 33 active in Northern Africa (Africa Corps) where the unit was completely destroyed at Tunis. He was KIA in Feriana near Tunis Northern Africa on 17.2.43 when he was shot in his head with a board gun during a low flying aircraft assault „Kopfschuss bei Tieffliegerangriff mit Bordwaffen“. Last two pictures are copies of the cards from ancentry.com where is entered that he was KIA by MG in his right upper leg and arm. They mostly told relatives that someone was a shot in the head to indicate that they didn’t suffer when KIA.
