Jun.43-May 44 active in Southern Russia and the Ukraine (Kuban, Krim (Crimea), Sewastopol). Jun.-Jul.44 active in Croatia. From Aug.44 onwards active in Italy (1944 Rimini, Apennin; 1945 Senio and Po area). He got wounded three times on: 9.2.44, 16.4.44 and 9.5.44 (all three times in the Crimea area (including Sewastopol).
