Photo album of a soldier of II./Infanterie-Regiment 16 of the 22.(Luftlande)Infanterie-Division in Oldenburg. Cover with “Meine Soldatenzeit”. Appr. 91 photos. Early Wehrmacht probably around 1936-37. Almost all photos in size 6.5×4.5cm and probably made by a regimental photographer. Nice uniform photos, officers, exercices, shooting courses, photo of the CO of the unit Oberstleutnant (later Generalmajor) Hans Helwig, marching troops, parades, field training etc. Size of the album 32x23cm. One photo at the last page is missing, at the end several unused pages.
