Military pass gunner Army Artillerie 1898-1917 Western front

Military pass “Militärpass”. Heavily used condition. Attached to the back of the pass is a large military conduct certificate from 1900. Cover partly loose. Issued to Peter Hoffmann born 1876 in Oos. He served 1898-1900 with Feld-Artillerie-Regiment 23 in Coblenz. Called-up again 1914 and served at the western front: Lothringen, Nancy-Epinal, Maas Mosel etc. with Feld-Artillerie-Regiment 44, Feld-Artiillerie-Regiment 112 and Feld-Artillerie-Regiment 77. Discharged Sept. 1917 because he had to work as a specialist at a factory “Kalk und Dolomietwerke” in Rüdesheim.
