Militärpass Field Hospital France 1915-1919

Militärpass of Kurt Hartmann. Called-up 1915 and served with the Infantry first Infanterie-Regiment 106. 1915-17 he served with the army lazarett K.S.Reserve Lazarett in Chemnitz. 1917-19 active at the Western front (Champagne, Reims, Marne) with Kgl.Sachs.Feldlazarett 356. He was awarded 1918 with F.A.M.1 (?). Used condition but complete, backside cover is loose.
