Anton Grob, Oberbootmannsmaat (NCO) Kriegsmarine board flak units / crew member “Aviso Hela” !!.
Soldbuch, 23.5.41. Kriegsmarine issue with Kriegsmarine uniform pass photo. Most field post numbers in the pass are tried to made unreadable (although some are still readably when you have a closer look) because of regulations at some units when taken POW.
Note (page 2) VERY RARE: The Soldbuch was issued and signed on May 41 by the commander (1940-1943) of the “Aviso Hela”, Korvettenkapitän Paul Schulze. Although tried to make unreadable the fieldpost number M19010 of the “Aviso Hela” is also visible (also on page 27). Another signature of Paul Schulze can be found on page 36 (Sep.41).
Born 1922. He served: May 41-Jun.42 on board of the “Aviso Hela”; Jun.42- Feb.43 with Marine-Bordflak Hbg. (?);Feb.-May 43 with the 15.Schiffs-Stamm-Abteilung based in Kopenhagen (Denmark); May 43-Nov.44 with Marine-Bordflak-Ersatz-Abteilung Oslo (Norway); from Nov.44 onwards with 4./3.Marine-Bordflak-Abteilung based in Tromsö (Norway). Jun.-Jul.45 he was with his unit based in a camp in Lierbekkmo (? Most probably a small town in Norway) waiting for the transfer to a POW camp.
